The Small Print

Unfortunately it is necessary to have terms when booking but we have tried to keep them as concise as possible. All our terms and conditions are listed below.

CHECK-IN

4.00pm to 10.00pm

Check-in after 10pm requires 24hrs notice of any late arrival and may be subject to a charge.

Check-in before 4pm is not always possible.
However, you are welcome to leave your bags beforehand, if we are available.

CHECK-OUT

By 10.30am

Check-out after 10.30 can be arranged but is subject to a charge - see Options menu.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you have to cancel your reservation, we will apply the following cancellation charges:

• If cancelled up to 48 hours before 2.00pm on date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 48 hours before 2.00pm on date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
• In event of no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
This charge will be made against the card details provided with the booking. A receipt will only be issued if requested.
Please be aware that your booking is not dependent on your mode of transportation to our establishment. Delays or any cancellation in your transportation system have no bearing on your booking with Cefn Dref.

At Cefn Dref, we take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is required in order to offer you a professional service.
Any information you provide us with will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted. We collect your information primarily for contact and billing purposes. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with, or sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except where required by law.
We would again like to stress that, in accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at Cefn Dref to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.
We welcome you to contact us at any time should you have any questions regarding the privacy of your information. You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. You can request your personal data by emailing us at bookings@cefndref.co.uk. Please state 'request personal data' in the subject line of your email. If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask Cefn Dref to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the same email address.
